This lecture/workshop is an invitation for men who wish to deepen their connection to themselves, their life force, and what truly moves them. We approach male sexuality through the language of myth – specifically through the symbol of the Sword of Love. The Sword of Love represents a man’s sexual life force, direction, and connection to the heart. We explore what happens when a man begins to consciously connect with his own sword instead of losing it.
Sharpening the Sword of Love, Albert Mäkelä
Sharpening of the Sword of Love is a mythic workshop for men. In myths, a sword grows dull when it is neglected and when the feelings of a man’s most important soul-symbol are left unheard. In this workshop, we return to the sword, awaken the sword-bearer through embodied and active practices, and explore how to consciously sharpen one’s own sword. In the end, participants write a love letter to the Sword of Love, which is not shared with others.

The Path of Wholeness, Gloria & Mironel
Spirituality is often framed as transcendence: rising above ego, mind, or personality. While perfect for hermits, this can lead to inner fragmentation and rejecting essential parts of ourselves. Living wholeness is non-duality in daily life: trusting life’s wisdom and developing the skill of attuning to the lived truth of your being.
